Chick swollen vent

Last night one of the 4 day old chicks had a little bit of poop on the butt by the vent. I cleaned it off with warm water and dried her up good. But today the vent seems a little irritated still. Should I be worried? Anything I should be doing for her?

Does not look too bad may be iritated more from having it cleaned now
give a day or so then look again Please
