Chick Unbalanced/Neurological Issue

Hi! I have a 3 day old chick who I thought had splay leg or wry neck, but neither of those seem to be the cause. this chick is a bantam- hatched by hen. I have separated the chick into my room in a small bin with vitamin water and chick crumble.
symptoms the chick is showing;
unsteadiness, wobbling, holding neck/head high, and falling over/extending legs.
I will attach a photo but don’t think i can show the videos?

is there anything I can do to help this chick?
*chick has an extra toe on feet since it is a silkie mix, one foot has 5, one foot has 6! could this be the cause?*
chick is eating/drinking but cannot walk so i am offering the food/water often. also is acting lethargic, but is still young so.
