Any tips on how to coax a scared chick out from under a large deck? One of my chicks has always been terrified of people and today she ran out of her coop and under our deck... now she's just stuck under there and it's too low to the ground for me to go under there myself (not that I would be anxious to do that anyway...

She has never gone to her coop by herself at night either (we have just been putting them in our garden then moving them back to the coop ourselves so far).
