Hi everyone! I recently purchased 4 chicks from Tractor Supply. I am not new to chickens, and unfortunately did not see an issue with a chick (named Dottie) until I got her home. Her feet seem to be deformed. While I have dealt with other chicken issues (bumble foot, attacks, broken legs, splayed legs, sour crop) I have not seen this before… I currently have 15 chickens (including 2 roosters, but they will not be staying) that the chicks will eventually be introduced to and am unsure if this is “fixable” or if culling her is the right thing to do? Obviously, I would like to keep her and NOT cull her. Unfortunately, I hatched a chick with cross beak, too, and am upset about this whole ordeal for the sweet chicks. I used some cardboard and tape when we first got her, but cannot seem to keep it on her feet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Please see pictures.
