Chick weak on right hand side

Looking for advice please. My first time hatching chicks, they all came out fine, except the last one, who was a bit weaker, could only stand for a few seconds, then flutters about trying to balance.
It is now 3 days old, seems to be weak on its right hand side, the man I brought the eggs from said to leave it in the incubator for an extra couple of days as a later hatch can be slower to develop. I have done this, it's perky enough and eating some soaked food if I hold it up.
It seems strong, just has a balance issue on one side... Can I help in any way?
Hoping its' bones get stronger as it grows.

I would try chick vitamins that have riboflavin, Poulty Cell 2 drops daily or human super b complex tablet crushed in water and give a few drops daily. Also, you can try standing it in a warmed small shot or wine glass, or padded cup for periods to strengthen legs and help with balance.
