This morning I was refilling the guineas waterer and noticed one was running around a looking up, I put my hand in front of it and it just kept going, and it is bumping into things. I dipped it's beak in water and it drank but it doesn't look like it can find it. It was fine last night from what I could tell. What would cause it to go blind? Is it temporary? What can I do?

too little info really...might try flushing the eyes with sterile saline (perhaps some dust or such got in and is irritating the eye?)

Well what other info would you need? I really don't have that much, except it was fine and now it's blind? They're about a week old and all the others seem fine

well if it happened real sudden .... that is why I considered it might be something like an irritant in the eye. Flush out the eye well with sterile saline (you can make your own by boiling 1/4 tsp salt in a quart of water >make fresh daily) ... flush the eye out copiously and see how it goes...
Guineas are very flighty as I understand.

I think that the saline solution idea coudn't hurt and it certainly is possible that a piece grit or foreign substance got in it's eye. Is it possible that another guinea was aggresive towards it?

The little guy died last night. I was going to do the saline solution this morning. So I think he may have had more problems then what I could see. I'll be keep a close eye on the rest of them just in case. Thanks for the help.
