Chick with a pimple?

I've got a 3 week old light brahma chick who has a bump on his head. I first noticed it about 1 1/2 weeks ago, but didn't think much of it. But it's not going away. It actually looks like a pimple...or a small blister. The chick is normal in all other aspects...eating, drinking, pooping, playing, etc. What could this be, and should I consider culling it? Below is a pic, though not the greatest. I've searched the internet trying to figure out what it could be, but can't find anything about chicken pimples.

i have had chicks with "pimples" and they just grew out of them.

No, doesn't look infected. Looking at it up close, it's just a small clear pimple-shaped spot. Could it be an ingrown/infected feather follicle maybe?

mine just grew out of them i don't know what they are maybe she was pecked .

I don't know a lot about chicks but I don't think I would cull it. I bet it grows out of it like said. I wouldn't worry about it unless it starts acting sick. I just had to check this out....chicken pimple!!!
