chick with aggressive head twitch

I have a 12-day old Black Austrolorp who for over an hour now has this very bad head twitching. It's not the up and down like when she's pecking for her food, but a sideways twitch. It's so much so that she can't take a nap. Is this a sign of something wrong, or what can I do to help her??
I'm worried about her - it looks very uncomfortable!

I spoke to the woman at IFA where I bought my chicks, she said that it's a nerve problem and most likely will grow out of it. She says most of her chicks grow out of it, but she has had a few that have died from it. I started giving my chick Vi-Tal as she suggested, so hopefully that helps her out!
