One of our chicks was huddled in the corner today so we pulled her out and checked her over, she wouldnt open her eyes and they looked swollen so I opened the lid gently with a clean finger and both are completely bloodshot, like filled with blood.
She seems to have a nice crop, food and water... but she is so unhappy, I worry she is in a lot of pain.
She did get quite cold 2 days ago because the stupid electricity company shut off everyones power to do maintainence and all we had to keep them warm was hot water bottles.
I have never seen or read anything like this before, does anyone have any ideas or what I can do?
