Chick with something hanging out of its vent. Need help!!!

I have a chick that was born last night and everything seemed fine, but we had some problems with it in the morning. There seems to be something hanging out of its vent that isn’t very normal. It does not seem to be a prolapse vent or anything else. I hope someone knows what to do and can hopefully help me!

Is it the umbilical cord? The picture is not very clear. The cord will shrivel up and fall off naturally in a few days or hours.

Thanks for the feedback. The umbilical cord already fell off. I think it may be some of the insides coming out. Do you know if this is fixable or not?
