Chick with stradle leg

Just got my chicks today and what I think is a blue laced red wyandotte seems to have stradle leg I have heard of this before but don't know how to deal with it please help I want to help her out

Well first off you need to make sure the bottom of the brooder is lined with a no-slip material. Just that will do a lot. Then you could try to splint/wrap the leg. There are two different methods I like to do.

#1 Take a band-aid and wrap one sticky side around one leg and the other sticky side around the other leg. He won't like it much but remember-you know whats best.

#2 Take some medical tape and wrap it around his leg like a cast.
