Chick with stunted wings

We got day-old chicks yesterday and one of them is just tool adorable for words. She's just looks like a tiny little tennis ball, so we're calling her Penn. That said, her wings are kind of small and stunted compared with her sisters, and the right one is kind of twisted and a bit misshapen. Has anyone else see something like this in a chick? If so, how did it turn out? She seems happy otherwise.

We got 5 EE chicks from Cackle, but they put 6 in the box. I'm wondering if it's because Penn was a runt. Here are some pictures, where you can see her odd shape and her nubby wings. She's doing okay. She's a bit wobbly and sometimes less perky than her sisters, but right now she's tearing up the food like there is no tomorrow. I don't think she eats as often as the others though. She sleeps more... I got some vitamin and electrolyte solution today and put it in alongside their fresh water. I realize she's not super healthy, but she's so cute.
