Chick with swollen breast

My month old chick has a swollen breast and I was wondering what I could do to help it go down! Thanks

Are you familiar with the crop and have ruled out that as a possibility? The crop should be on the chicken's right side of the breast and fills with food (enlarges) then goes back down by morning.
