hey all what else can i do for this little fellow of mine.
Yesterday evening I found this chick acting confused in teh brooder I took him out and inspected him here he had something stuck underneath his eye lid, i carefully got it out...and he looked fine after that. Today the chick wouldnt open it's eye so I picked it up again and opened its eye for it, i see the starts of an ulcer, so I put some Terramycin eye ointment on it, annnnd a few hours later I look at the chick and it's eyes SWOLLEN HUUGE.. kay...so what now any advice??? It looks miserable and is crying something fierce, anything else I should do should i not use the terramycin anymore..or should i apply it again...i am just wondering if the ointment is what caused the swelling...or if the swelling woudl haev happen anyhow...the terramycin ointment is specifically for eye booboos or infections for animals...
