Chick with swollen tongue.

I think my chick has wry neck and as I was checking to see if it has closed it’s beak already, I notice that it’s tongue is swollen...I’ve opened it’s beak and do not see any string around it (red at the bottom is a little bit of Powerade I gave it)

I would keep looking for a hair or string way back in the throat. I haven’t had this happen, but many times, the hair or strings gets swallowed and the ends can’t be seen.

Another thought is could something have stug her mouth?
