Chick with twisted leg

I have this chick that i just noticed has a twisted leg, i cant tell of its recent or not because its with a bunch of other chicks. Should i be concerned will he/she still be able to live its fill life. Doesn't seem to hurt him at all, just cant run around.

It is possible that the chick has either a slipped tendon or a leg bone deformity called varus deformity in the left leg. Slipped tendon has a slight chance of being treated, but varus deformity is permanent. Here is some reading about those:
