Chick won’t open one eye

I have several less than week old mixed chicks. One of them, the Orpington, has had one eye shut for the past 12+ hours. Eating well, drinking well, bopping around being a spazz like everyone else. No eye crusting or swelling. Brooder is currently lined with paper towels and was planning on swapping to pine shavings today so no exposure to fumes. Everyone else is also doing normal chick things. No outside chicken exposures.

Any advice on what to do next?

I would make up some warm salty water and use a Q-tip to rub it over the eye, just to be safe, and if it's not affecting it then just let it be.
Update: I ended up rinsing the eye with sterile saline and gently pulling the eyelid open. It was stuck shut and once it opened she was able to keep it open and has been normal for 36 hours now!
