Chick wont move, wont open eyes, can't stand... HELP?!

I really don't want to cull this chick, we only have got two out of the whole batch so far and she is simply adorable.. She has already gotten all puffy, but all she does is lay on her stomach. She doesn't stand or open her eyes...

Is she a lost cause? Is there anything I can do?

I would get some save a chick, pedialyte or just good ole sugar water and give her a few drops from an eyedropper. She may just be worn out from the work of hatching and needs a little pick me up

how old is it some dont walk around for several hours. My healthiest chick from my last batch took 8 hours to stand maybe longer. And it is now the bully of the bunch

I don't believe that newly hatched chicks have sour crop...they haven't even eaten yet.
