ChickCozy Incubator--who has used this one and what are your experiences?

I've used mine for one hatch and was successful with 24/25 hatching. The countdown was awesome, humidity and temp were great.
This time around I cannot get the countdown timer to set. I've tried everything. Any suggestions? I reached out to the company and they gave me the same instructions for resetting the timer that the instruction book uses....which doesn't work when I try it.
Interested to see the results from others.

I too have had 3 sucEssfull hatches, working on my 4th hatch lockdown is tommorrow in the ChickCozy incubator. I'm hatching Cream Crested Legbars, Prairie BlueBells and Olive eggers and a few Cuckoo Marans. For me the day reset is also tricky usally takes a few days to work it out .Once I thought it was right but i forgot to turn the egg turning back on and by day 10 lost 12 out of 20 eggs. So now i just keep track of what day its starts on. It automaticlly stops the turner on day 18 . I love it but it's a little tricky with the reset days feature which i just try and work around. If you keep track of the start day on a calender it makes it easier to try and set the days as close as you can .Hope you have luck with the reset of days and Happy Hatching...
