Chicken acting funny

I think something is wrong with my chicken. I'm still pretty new to raising chickens so I'm learning new things all the time. It started yesterday our chicken Minnie would lay down turn her head and put her face into her feathers (I'm hoping I'm explaining this right) she does kinda like what a duck does. She is also just kinda walking around slowly. Can anyone help me?

I found that someone posted about it before. This is the pic. Looks just like what my chicken is doing.

It sounds like she is very tired, which could be caused by a number of things (illnesses). Or is her neck stuck like that? If it's stuck, I would think wry neck, though I have no experience with that myself. How old is she? Does she feel skinny? Can you feel her keel bone protruding? (the bone down the center of her chest). Is she eating, drinking, and pooping normally? If she is a layer, is she still laying normally?
There could be so many things going on. I think we need more information to help you. I'm sorry!

I looked at her vent and then looked at another chickens vent and the sickly chickens vent looks bad. She has what looks like little grains of salt in bunches stuck to her and also her comb had two dark red spots on it looks like blood spots.

I keep checking on her and I'm seeing what looks like discharge from her swollen vent.
