Chicken acting lethargic and not hungry

I have a hen, and she is acting lethargic and she has an obvious loss of appetite. She dealt with maggots On her vent not too long ago, and she got over that... well, now her vent And the feathers surrounding the vent is covered with a brown liquid, which is what happened to her when she had maggots. I’m wondering if maybe she has internal maggots...? Another hen is acting the same way and has “noodle-ey” poop. Please help me!!
