chicken and pigean

i would like old english game bantams HENS in blue splash and cant have them in my neighborhood and city, would my neighbors just think that they are pigeons

I dont think they would,first off there are the roos crowing,then there colorfull plumage.Why dont you get quail or something?They are very neat birds and lay plenty of eggs you can eat!Not trying to change your mind or anything.Check with your neighbors maybe they will let you.
