My chicken was attacked by a coyote. She cannot lift her head. I put her in a box with towels & a heat light. She made it through the night. She took some water from a dropper this morning. I didn't see any wounds last night but found a puncture wound this morning on her back & 2 other marks where the skin was broken. I cleaned the wounds with saline & put antibacterial/antimicrobial spray on them. Then I dried that & put Neosporin & lightly bandaged the wounds. Now I noticed a clear fluid coming from her nostrils. I don't know what this fluid means nor do I know much about chicken care as these are my elderly fathers' chickens & I have just recently taken over their care. Any help you can provide will be extremely appreciated. Thank you.

I didn't take pictures but can when I change the bandage later. Did you want pictures of the wound, the nostrils, or the whole chicken?

Photo of the chicken which shows the location of her wound & the state she’s in.
All of it close and far would be greatly appreciated
I can’t upload photos from my phone because it crashes as soon as I hit the attach files button. I’ll have to post the photos tonight once I get home. I’m at my fathers house now trying to help the chicken but don’t really know what to do.
