Chicken attacked by neighbors dog is having a bad prolapse Need Advice!

Hi! Yesterday my neighbor had a guest who brought a dog out and it attacked my female. She has a wing hanging down and a bad prolapse. I soaked her backside in an Epson salt warm bath, put ointment on and pushed it back in. This morning it is out again. I'm not sure what to do for her. She doesn't seem to be in shock. Do I keep trying to push it back it in? Can she recover?
