Chicken Breed choices

My sister and I just got four chicks. We got an ameraucana, a buff orpington, an australorp and a barred rock. Two of them are going to mine and two will be my sister's. I am looking to raise affectionate chickens, so I wanted to know it anyone has any advice on which two I should choose? And if I only get one choice which would be best?
Also any advice on how to raise the chicks so they aren't afraid of us, and maybe even like us would be great.
