I can't find how to create my own breeds if they are not in the list (I get why). But can't enter n/a either...

Photo upload didn't succeed the first time.
You have to enter a lot of data (required fields). Had to make things up.

But a great initiative!

Did not find inbreeding coefficients yet.

I'm not sure if anyone one is interested in this program, you do have to pay for the software but it is more for the serious bird breeder who wants to keep track of breeding, money spent, who they bought birds from, it keeps track of all transactions regarding that bird etc. It is a great program for my pheasants. I'm able to make sure I don't cross breed, keep track of my birds linneage and all that...I probably am not explaining it well but here it is for the serious bird breeder, BTW...it also has it for other animals as well (goats, horses, cows, you name it)

The best breeding software I have seen is from Australia, called Kintraks. www.kintraks.com
They do ship to the US and the disk is $20
You can also just download the free version from their website which will do up to 100 animals. I am starting to use it and while it is not set up for chickens, it is working great for me. Allows you to add show wins, pictures, and comments as well as tracking the parentage.

I just got done talking to Bristol and Piper, too bad I didn't see this earlier. Sarah always loves hearing support from random people, A guy e-mailed me about stock for sale and then when he found out I was from Wasilla sent pictures of him holding GO Sarah signs. She really liked those..
