Chicken breeds?

Can anyone tell me what breeds these chickens are? We received them from a neighbor so we don't know. Both of them have little puffballs on their cheeks but I can't find any pictures of chickens like this anywhere. The pictures aren't the best, but they don't sit still very long.......the top one is Hedwig (her feathers looked like owl feathers when she was little) and the bottom one is Ginny

They are both easter eggers
which are a cross between a blue egg layer and another egg layer.
the second one look male.

I hope it's not male! Out of the 6 chicks we got from the neighbor, we already have 2 roosters. They are adorable, but I can't have 3. These chicks are almost 3 months old, wouldn't his crop be taller?
I'll do some reading on Easter Eggers. We also got 2 white ones that look like leghorns, and both roosters are leghorns too.

From the pic I. An see hackle ands saddle feathers but I could be wrongs because the pics arnt good quality.

Need closer, clearer pics. Second one is a cockerel for sure. 3 cockerels and 3 pullets out of 6 chicks is normal. Expecting more than half to be pullets out of straight run chicks is a fantasy.
