Chicken broody for around 30 days

I have a hen and she won't get off her eggs, it's been around 30 or more days, I'm kinda worried, I haven't seen her get off in a while, I checked on one of her eggs once like a week or two? after she laid them and it looked like it had veins, I'm kinda worried they didn't hatch or something is going on with them, got any advice?

If it has for sure been 30 days, the eggs are not going to hatch, and you need to break her broodiness.

Either you need to break her broodiness or buy a few chicks to put underneath her. Too long in the nest isn't good for their health with reduced movement, less dust bathing, not eating/drinking as much, etc.
