Chicken bullying

I have an Austrokorp who is being picked on by my Rhode Island Reds. When my Jersey Giant passed -the pecking order got all out of sorts. She is not afraid to be around the other hens and even eats by them. She just lets them jump on her and peck at her feathers. Should I separate the bullies or her and will the Rhode Island’s become more aggressive if pecking order is stirred up again ? It’s been 3 months since my Jersey Giant died Help

Maybe you could try Pinless Peepers? I've heard those help a lot of people. How big is your coop and run? How many other hens do you have?
