I dont know how to get the video to back out.. LOL/ meaning.. the whole coop... this sucks.. LOL
when it goes to ustream- it zoomed in... when I look at it on my program monitor.. its the whole coop
its like ustream.... brings everything in closer so its hard to see the whole coop now.. errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

It might only be showing part of your cam feed. Your cam might have more resolution "size" than what is allowed on the site so it auto crops the video
