Chicken can't walk

Okay I'm very new to this thread and I really would like some help if you would please my friends chicken has been off her legs for sometime now she will not eat on her own yet there's no discharge from her beak and her eyes look crystal clear and she's very alert I've been giving her water with a syringe and protein with a syringe and originally I thought it was nutritional because the owner was just giving her wheat 100% of her diet was wheat and maybe grass outside... I then thought it might be a parasite then I thought it might be worms I checked on her throat and didn't see any sign of gape worms but still did a deworming...
She's have a little gurgling sound in her throat that again does not seem to be stressed. ..
Her little breast bone has nothing on it has anyone experienced nutritional paralysis would that cause a gurgling in the throat she hasn't made a normal chicken sound in a while but this has gone on three weeks now I don't know how she's surviving except for that I'm giving her protein and water in a little probiotic liquid

It sounds like this poor girl has not been feed a well balanced chicken diet.
Which can cause a million different problems.
I am surprised she has lasted 3 weeks.
Would you be willing to tube feed her?
She could have so many things wrong with her internally, is a vet an option?

I'm pretty sure the probiotic protein additive is what's kept her above water when my friend was out of town I went over there morning and night and syringed water into her with apple cider vinegar... her comb is red again but she's still very very thin

I'm sorry the battery died on my phone I didn't answer all the questions what is tube feeding I did consult a vet but that was when I thought it was respiratory I told my friend some things are just worth finding out what it is because they're so mysterious and because I was caring for the chicken I didn't want to contaminate my flock
