I was telling a friend about a hawk grabbing one of the baby chicks.... and he told me when he was in Peru a few months ago they hiked to a distant village and it was filled with chickens roaming about freely....each wearing their own red plastic cape. Curious they asked why and the people said the flapping of the red plastic confuses predators and they don't attack them. He promises to find the pics (I gotta see this) I have searched through the internet but to no avail. Has anyone heard of this??...I was ready to sew ESE a nice suit....but to see him in both ROFL...I always knew he was a little super hero
