We are selling our house and the buyers don't want the coop. Our new house already has a coop so we need to get rid of our current one.
It is a 4x4 coop that is elevated 2ft off the ground. There are 4 nest boxes that are accessible from the outside, a large door for human access, a chicken pop door, and a window. The run is 10x4. The larger unpainted run you see in the pic will be taken down since it won't hold up to a move. This means you will need to finish one side of the run with chicken wire and add a door back. The rest of the run is fully enclosed in chicken wire with corrugated roofing. I will throw in a pvc pipe feeder if you want.

It needs to be picked up between the evening of 6/14 and 6/16. It needs a few people to move it because it has to be lifted over the fence. We'll take the nest boxes off and separate the coop from the run to make it easier to move but it will still need a few people.

This coop has worked great for us and has been housing 6 large birds and many young ones comfortably. There is about 12ft of roost space so quite a few birds will fit easily.

This is worth way more than $100 but since we have such a short window to sell it, I'm offering it cheap!

Please email me directly at [email protected] for the quickest response.
I'll be posting on craigslist also so I expect it to go fast.
