chicken coop help

I am just needing a coop for 4-6 chickens...a movable chicken coop would be nice, since I want them to be free range. how big would this have to be? I live in eastern nc, so the weather is pretty predictable...except for this year...its been crazy!!!

New to chickens, so any advice is appreciated!!!!!

You should have 4 square feet of space in your coop if you have a good sized run and 10 sq feet if you don't so for 4-6 chickens you'll need 16-24 sq feeet if you have a run that is 24-36 sq ft. That way you are able to have a run and stick with the minimum of 10 sq ft per bird.
