Chicken coop material list

Hello, all,

Recently I've purchased DYI chicken coop plan with an included material list. But I'm not so sure if it's made according to US standards and if I'll be able to find all materials in some local shop in Houston.
I've uploaded it below, can anyone share your thoughts?

Not USA spec lumber, sorry.

3"x3", nope. 2"x4" is 1.5"x3.5", 4"x4" is 3.5"x3.5"
3/8" ply, yes
2"x2", is actually 1.5"x 1.5" here
3"x1/2", yes I think

Self tapping screws, use star head deck screws.

As a result of the search on the network, I found a manufacturer's website where I found necessary beam sizes. So it's all the same standard sizes if they are on sale?

Another thing: I found Commercial softwood lumber dimension chart - nominal and actual sizes, where the dimensions from my material list are present.

So, where is the truth?
