I have 15 new chicks (ranging from 1 week old to 2 months) that need another coop. I have one coop already from having 5 chickens that died, but it can only hold 5 chickens. Anybody have any ideas or good coop ideas that would cost less than $300?

See if you can find a used garden shed. They can be cheap or even free.
Option 2 is to build one yourself and try to price the materials out. $300 may buy enough wood and plywood. Things like hardware cloth, and other hardware do run up the price somewhat. Did not mention vents and windows ether. Try to see if you can find deals on used, or extra materials on Craig's List. For 15 chickens you will need a decent size coop. They are small now, but will grow to full size fast. 8 feet by 8 feet size should accommodate them well. You can get by with slightly smaller, but not by much. If you do, you may encounter overcrowding issues. That is another subject. Try and do your best.
WISHING YOU BEST....... :welcome
