Changed the coop a bit is it better?
Added a wooden roof and roosting bar in the coop also removed the ladder with only a roost now. Also added more hay in the run and made a wooden nesting box instead of the foam! And a bit more ventilation not much tho but I keep the door open a little Spent two days on it! What do you think?

Foam is not a wise thing to be easily pecked at and eventually eaten by chickens. After an exhausting search I finally found this thread. As noted in my reply to your other thread noting to "go look at pics in other thread"... Which still gives my this result....

I am thankful your really trying to improve your situation. I just feel like your pictures here are showing maybe 35-40% of the "complete picture" to properly grasp your improvements.
