I made my first chicken diaper yesterday and geez Louise my kids thought i was murdering Silver (SBDB)puting that diaper on. I think diapering a goat is easier. She jumped,screamed .... flapped her wngs just to get it off. Once i had it on she got tush heavy and fell on her behind. She really really was POed.
I took her to Petsmart today and we had even more fun. People wanted to know what kind of bird she is(Dutch bantam)
, is she rare(whens the last time you saw one?),
is she a parrot(no she is in th gallus family, which lead to...are they related to the Eclectus,sure they are both birds)
, where can they buy one (not around here is raised her from an egg)
, can she do tricks (sure she can lay on her back like a baby and you can rub her feet).....
take your chickens,ducks whatever poultry you have to Petsmart for some fun. But be warned it takes you twiceas long to get in and out
