chicken disease

Just recently i have lost a hen to some disease. She started getting quiet and soon after that she just stood in the same place all day and just closed her eyes. Now a have a red hen that is doing the same thing. I dusted her for mites but she doesn't seem to be getting any better. What should I do???? I think it will take out all of my hens!!!

Have you checked for worms. ie. Get a fecal float done at the vet? Could also be cocci. Good luck
