Chicken door, manual open auto close

Greetings! I’m looking for a door to install in our run. The run is predator proof due to raccoons, neighbor dogs, mink and foxes. Door between run and coop (chicken size) is kept open for airflow in the well insulated coop.
We like to be home when we let the chickens run the yard, hence manual open. Then we sometimes forget to close the person door into the run which could be devastating for the flock.
So, open chicken door when we’re home and it closes at dusk. Anyone’s door do this?

I’d go with an automatic chicken door that closes at dusk. It makes life so much easier and keeps your flock safe, especially with raccoons, foxes, and neighbor dogs around. While you’re home, you can leave it open for airflow, and even if you forget to close the person door, the chickens stay protected. Just make sure the door is strong enough to handle predators and seals properly when it shuts.
