Is this consider organic or not ? For the garden

The chemical Peremthrin is a suspected carcinogen, endocrine toxicant, liver toxicant, neurotoxicant and reproductive toxicant.

If you use Off (DEET) and Raid (Cypermethrin and Imiprothrin) in your home, you probably would be comfortable using the chemicals in chicken dust as an insecticide for your chickens. Don't let your chickens inhale it or get it on their faces. Traces of it will remain in the eggs for 7-21 days.

If for the garden, treat it like you would any product with toxicity--wear gloves, don't inhale, and wash the produce.
