I really worried my hen just looks sad and I saw her go to food but not drink or eat and she just not as active

Can you give us more information? For example:

Can you post a picture of her?
What do you feed her, including any treats?
When did she last lay, if she's laying?
Is she molting?
What does her poop look like? Post a picture; no we don't think that's gross.
Have you looked her over for lice, mites, or a wound?
How long has she been with your flock?
Is she being bullied by other birds?
