chicken eating eggs.................

I am having a problem with one of my hens pecking and eating eggs. I think I have the little culprit in a separate pen. Is there a way to break her from doing this? I separated her from my other hens before she causes them to pick up the bad habit. Thank you for any suggestions you may have.........

I have heard putting blinders on them will stop it, but not sure of the validity.
