Chicken egg laying !!

So my baby just passed her 2nd egg!!! Woo woop!! her first was I believe the 24th, it's small wich I believe is normal for first egg layers, so I still have a bit of questions! Today when she laid her 2n egg she jumped into the nesting box and staring rearranging the nest picking up straw and grass with her beak placing it around her, scratching and panting!!? I'm worried is it bad that she panted? I'm new to chickens so I'm not very aware. So after she laid her egg she just stood on top of her egg panting wings down a bit I got worried, is this always going to happen when she lays? I would appreciate some help

It's a lot of work pushing the eggs out, it gets easier, but the first ones are tight, sometimes there is blood on the eggs, it's very similar to giving birth, they all stand up when pushing the egg out, then are in a catatonic state for a short while after, all normal.
