chicken eleastic headband

My chicken was running around in the yard and found a headband. She thought it was a worm and ate it. Is there anything we can do to get her to throw it up or is it to late.

Maybe you could look down her throat and see if you can see it, and maybe pull it out, otherwise you may have to do some crop surgery. eeekkk. Hopefully you can pull it out gently through her mouth.
