Chicken Eye infection

My 14 week chick looks like she has an eye infection. She’s obviously not feeling well. I have been rinsing her eye with sterile saline and started her on nutri drench.
Could this be Mareks or Mycoplasma?

Is the eyelid or face swollen? What does the eye look like when you open the eyelid? Is there are watery or bubbly eye drainage? Why do you think this could be Mareks? In addition to rinsing the eye with saline, you can apply a small dab of either Terramycin eye ointment or Neosporin triple antibiotic ointment twice a day.
