Chicken family tree chart?

I'm wondering if any has found a good app (or other method) for keeping track of chicken breeding.

My oldest will be 19 weeks so I'm just starting out, but would like to start entering in the information I know now because in a year or so I might not remember the details.

I'd also like to be able to add pictures from when they were hatched through breeding age.

I'm not too concerned about tracking breed at the moment since both my cockerels are barnyard mixes. My main goal would be to track if a hen/rooster breeding produced unhealthy chicks.

I’m not into breeding except when a hen happens to go broody, but I used DayOne app to keep an organized journal of everything, with pictures. I also have a bi-weekly thread here on BYC. That’s probably not what you’re looking for but thought I’d throw it out there anyway .

I certainly have enough data on this site, from hatch until a few days ago, to use that information. I might link the threads in my signature so it'll be easier to keep things updated.
