HI!
We've had our 18 Bantam Xs for about a year and we love our chickens! We use the eggs but mainly just enjoy the birds themselves. They're very entertaining and each has their own personality (and name). Found the site when looking for ways to keep the chickens from getting bored in the long NH winters. They don't seem to like to free range in the snow so we've been thinking of trying to find or make "chicken toys." Am also interested in learning how to best protect the large coop from predators. We live on 11 acres in a very rural part of NH with abundant wildlife. Excited about checking out the site!
