Hello guys, i have buff cochin chickens, in summer i observed that her feathers have broken and her back become naked. I thought its may be due to hot weather and till winter feathers will grow again. Here winter is going on but her feathers did not raise.
What can be problem and treatment?

Do you have a rooster? If you do he has probably over bred her. Had the same thing happen with 1 of my girls. The feathers will gro back when she molts.
yes i have a rooster, i think your point is valid. He really does over breed. I think roosters should be separate.
I thought perhaps this is a kind of a disease.

The 'rooster' to hen ratio of 1:10 that is often cited is primarily for fertility efficiency in commercial breeding facilities.
It doesn't mean that if a cockbird has 10 hens that he won't abuse or over mate them.
Many breeders keep pairs, trios, quads, etc.
It all depends on the temperaments of the cock and hens and sometimes housing provided.

Some birds have brittle feathers that are easily broken,
any broken feather won't grow back until the bird molts.
Brittle feathers can be a genetic issue or a nutritional issue.
External parasites could also be part of the problem.

I thought the rooster toy hen ratio of 1:10 was to make sure the hens don’t get over bred. I plan on having a large layer flock (30 hens) with a couple roosters mixed in with the hens to protect the hens when they range.

One Good Rooster can cover 30 Hens...No need for two...My friend who just got into Chickens this year won't listen to me...lol..She has two Cockerels to 12 Pullets, plus her Hen Ducks and a Drake all living in an 8x10 Coop with an 8x10 solarium...They free range...I look forward to the hormones that will be raging once the Cockerels and Drake mature...Crazy lady...
