My options are limited but I did find duck/goose food a distance away .

Is a poultry food with high protein and nutritional yeast good for ducks ? I can choose 3 or 4 months old , I think I’ll choose the younger as she’s not feeding them properly ( mixed grains only),

Should I get the 20% chick grower ?

Here are my options ,
Can anyone with experience please help , I need to shop today

Thanks Sheila

So my vet said Saturday that chick grower didn't have enough protein for a duck but if I could get the grower version specifically for water fowl it would be fine. My grower has 18%, so I'd say any one with more than that.

No mention of yeast ? I’m stressing out they arrive tomorrow!!!

I think the brewers yeast is for the niacin content, which they need up to 10 weeks old. You sprinkle on their food. The chick starter should have it in there.

If the duck/ goose food is doable, I'd do it. Just to keep feeding easy. You shouldn't need the extra yeast on top of it.

I would think the chick starter/grower should be fine with added niacin (brewers yeast or nutrional yeast). Once they become layers, you can just add oyster shell on the side.
Will you have a drake?

Thanks guys !
No I won’t be having a drake ,just 3 khakis .

Do you have an amount per bird I should be giving ?
